What is an MOT Test?

The government requires that all vehicles on the road meet a minimum requirement to be classed as roadworthy. Every year after the third year, this is examined in the form of an MOT test.

How much does it cost?

The price of an MOT test is fixed by the government and is the same nationwide. It is currently £54.85 for class 4 vehicles, and £29.65 for motorcycles.

What happens if my vehicle fails?

You have ten working days to repair the problems with the vehicle, otherwise you will need to perform a full re-test. We will contact you to let you know of any repairs necessary before we carry out any works.
