I was told by my regular Audi dealer that my car needed a new gearbox at the cost of £2300 + VAT. I had my doubts as the car was relatively new.
Somebody recommended Car Care Kensington to get a second opinion on it. The guys were so honest and told me that the whole problem was a clutch + flywheel failure. The whole job cost me around £700 and I'm more than satisfied with the quality and standard of the service. They gave me a courtesy car for the day and my car was ready later that day.
I thoroughly recommend you visit this garage if you don't want to be messed around and misled.

I have had such bad luck with garages in the past, ripping me off, charging me for things they never did etc until someone recommended me to car care of kensington, where from the first visit, they found the fault where 5 other garages couldn't. The quotes I was getting were anywhere between 1500 and 1900 pounds, and I was told they would need the car for a minimum of 5 days. Car Care did it in 4 hours, for only £280. The car is now spot on and I highly recommend this garage to anyone who wants an expert level honest service.

this is a fantastic garage . I have a new Mercedes s 500 I had a problem with the air-conditioning, I have had taken the car to two previous garages but they could not fix . but car care fixed it by just programming without having to replace any parts

I arranged a service with them, and they came and picked up the car from my house, and it was ready by the time I had finished work.
In general, garages are sloppy and unreliable, but I was really impressed with amazing service. They were so helpful and friendly, and the reception area is so warm and welcoming! Plus, they have fantastic coffee :).

Car Care really helped me out when I got a flat tyre but had to go into work - I left the keys with them and they picked up the car, fixed the tyre and dropped it back before I got home!

I came to Car Care with my GT3 which I wanted to prepare for track-day. It was just not handling and performing the way I wanted it, and none of the garages I took it to had the level of knowledge to help me.
When I spoke to Ray at Car Care, he immediately knew what I wanted, and after a couple of visits I was amongst the fastest on the track.

One of my main concerns for my London to Sydney trip was the reliability of the car. I didn't have too much confidence in the Subaru dealer I bought the car from, but have used Car Care of Kensington several times in the past and had always been happy with their service.
I dropped in a couple of weeks ago to have a chat about getting the car serviced. I spoke to Ray, who immediately understood what I was after in terms of getting the car prepared and said to leave it with him.
Ray called two days later to say that the car was ready to pick up, and to say that they've been thorough would be an enormous understatement! The car has had absolutely every single consumable replaced: brake pads, discs and shoes. New oil in the gearbox, engine and front and rear diffs. All suspension components checked and tightened as well as a wheel balance and alignment, amongst numerous other things. After checking with me, Ray also offered his advice on spares to take, so he also ordered some spare belts, brake pads etc for us to take with us.
On top of doing an absolutely spot on job, Ray also offered to do the work free of charge since we are doing the trip in aid of charity. (We just have to pay for parts). So with their fantastic service, I really couldn't be happier. I'm now confident that the car is properly prepared for the trip and it's definitely one less thing to worry about!
